1. Acceptance of Terms

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components
• Results from use will be accurate or reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DAMAN GAME BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim or ₹10,000, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Daman Game, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit to the Platform

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
• Any pending bets may be voided at our discretion
• Funds in your account may be forfeited if termination is for cause
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in New Delhi, India.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Daman Game regarding your use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements.
